Where nature meets wellness, participants experienced the healing power of mindfulness in a serene farm setting—accompanied by playful goats. With a cozy group of 10–15 attendees, each session on September 28 and October 19 included a mini goat hike, yoga practice, and guided mindfulness techniques. The result was a joyful and grounding experience that fostered connection, relaxation, and renewal.
